Specialist Supply Service – Pre-Welded Panels
Due to Geo Multi-Covers high strength to low weight ratio we have the ability to supply very large pre-welded panels up to a maximum of
40mtrs wide x 150mtrs long – 6000m2.
Pre-welded panels are manufactured within a controlled environment, folded and delivered to site on pallets.
On site the pre-welded panels are positioned into the appropriate area by on site plant and then site personnel simply roll out the width and pull out the length. Due to the lightweight nature of Geo Multi-Cover and the special way panels are folded a limited number of personnel are required for very fast and efficient deployment.
Our ability to supply pre-welded panels to site specific dimensions means that on many occasions the need for any on site welding is completely eradicated, and on larger installations the amount of on site welding is very significantly reduced, which provides clients with the most cost effective Supply and Installation rates available on the market.
This service reflects the needs of 21st Century Landfill Operators and is replacing the very weather dependant, old and outdated method of welding rolls of geomembranes on site.
